NTFP has seven members of the Management Committee (Macom). The MaCom plays roles to ensure NTFP’s direction is going smoothly and it is accountable to members and other stakeholders. The NTFP is managed by Executive Director, Financial manager, HR/Admin Manager, 3 program Coordinators and Communication Coordinator, 28 staff with female 14 and with technical support by international advisor. The MaCom which consists of senior staff, included Executive Director, Finance manager, HR/Admin Manager, 3 Program coordinators and Communication Coordinator, is the body to ensure the programme coherence, decision making and conflict resolution.

NTFP has 5 (2 females) Governing Board members, who is a top body to direct and advise organizational direction.
