On July 20 to 21, 2021, the project staff of the Promote Livelihood and Education for lifelong learning (PLE), supported by MA, held a Small Grants Agreement with PAR’s youth groups to response to the youth’s project proposal in participating for development of their communities. The events were held at Phnom Kok commune Hall, Veun Sai district and O’Chum commune, O’Chum district, Ratanakkiri province, with a total of 18 participants, 6 females, with the participation of village and commune authorities as well.
Result:
the Small Grants Agreement were signed within the 2 project proposal of PAR’s youths_ One project proposal was from Kok Preav village, Phnom Kok commune, Veun Sai district and the other was from Tharang Svay village, O Chum commune, O’Chum district, Ratanakkiri province. The events were smoothly processed and ended with happily environment.
