On July 15 to17, 2020, the NTFP project team held a training season on the method and sequence of teaching Kavet textbook part XI and strengthening reading and writing in both Kavet and Khmer languages at the training center in Kok Lak commune, Veun Sai district, Ratanakkiri province, with a total of 23 participants (5 females). Most of them were bilingual education teachers (Kavet-Khmer) from the Non-Formal Education Project which is funded by Child Dream, NEW LIFE LITERATURE, DVV International, and ProLiteracy organization.
As results:
1. Literacy teachers have a clear understanding of the sequence of teaching by looking at the Pre-tests and Post-tests and looking at the answers to the inspirational questions.
2. Literacy teachers gain new knowledge through reading short fairy tales and textbooks.
