In July 2018, all field activities are banned by the provincial authorities concerning with the political party’s election campaign. Fortunately, NTFP takes this month to develop our staff capacity on Project Design, Monitoring and Report Writing. From 23-26 July 2018, all 25 staff of NTFP ( 5 females) from Ratanakiri and Preah Vihear province received training of the above topics by ADIC. The course is designed by amalgamating its with PAR for 3 sessions. First is the classroom training, second will be exercised at the field and third session all trainers will come back to classroom to present and discuss their assignment.
