Human Resource Management ( HRM) Policy was developed by the Management Committee(MACOM) of Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFP) with assistance of consultants from Village Focus International (VFI) and approval by the Board of Director ( BOD) of the organization.
The policy was developed in such a way that every staff member of the organization shall be equally and fairly treated as human beings.
