Project Title: “Participatory Action Research, (PAR)”

Project Rationale:

Due to the phase-out of Kerk in Actie as donor in Cambodia, ICCO, NTFP and Kerk in Actie have agreed to implement extra activities that will ensure the long-term sustainability and continuous implementation of interventions that have been developed by NTFP, with funding from Kerk in Actie for over the past decade.

The following three interventions are suggested by NTFP:

  1. Ensure Sustainability of the LESIP project

In order to ensure the sustainability of the LESIP project (2016 – 2019) in which NTFP and its two partner organizations train IP farmers to develop cashew value chains for better protection of their land rights and livelihoods, the partners have proposed the following activities:

  1. (number) of trainings on agricultural waste and water management, use of pesticides and production of organic/home-made fertilizer to the NTFP beneficiaries and their wider communities
